I need adsense safe traffic

    i want to make bulk and daily orders of adsense safe traffic with following criteria :
    - Must be adsense safe of course !
    - Must be proven to convert into clicks on ads and signups
    - Must have high CTR
    - Must be first tier traffic , mean : US UK CA AU
    - Must accept paypal, moneybooker, or Credit Card
