First, you need to decide what features you specifically need, then select the CMS that best fits. Unless you have some really exotic requirements, I am pretty sure WordPress or Joomla can fit your needs.

As for the themes, you may have to do a Google search for "adult wordpress themes" or "adult Joomla themes". You can also get a standard HTML/CSS theme and then have it converted to the platform you choose. Ultimately, given the nature of your site and depending on the look you're going for, a custom theme is always an option.
