I need a WordPress DESIGNER/CODER

    Hi guys. I'm looking for a WordPress designer/coder... I need a theme done ASAP.

    My requirements:
    • You must be able to DESIGN and CODE a valid XHTML/CSS WordPress theme.
    • I must have FULL RIGHTS to the theme.
    • I must get the PSD and all the theme's files.
    • You must have a portfolio. ;)
    I'll pay by PayPal. Please tell me your rates and turnaround time. :) Thanks.

    i can do the design + valid XHTML/CSS coding with widgetized sidebars for 170$(120$ for PSD, 50$ for coding)
