I need a wordpress & css page converted to a plain html page.

    I need a wordpress & css page converted to a plain html page.
    So I can edit with frontpage and publish with frontpage.

    I don't think you want to do that. WordPress is very powerful, extensible and customizable, in my opinion. Additionally, it is considered a best practice to keep your content (HTML,XHTML,PHP,dynamically generated WordPress pages) separate from the formatting (CSS).

    What about WordPress isn't working for you? Why are you thinking of switching over to FrontPage?
