I need a Wordpress business theme designed

After putting together the text content and digging up a few background images, I am finding that the Wordpress based business website I am constructing for my boss looks too amateurish and plain.

I need someone who has a portfolio and/or some graphic design talent to take our effort a step further at a reasonable cost.
