I need a website!!

    I had one person screw up my site as they were building it. So now I need someone else to design the site from scratch for me. Here is what I wan, it's not complicated!

    I need a logo made and a simple 5 page website. The pages: Home, Products, Services, Conferencing, Contact Us. The Contact Us page needs to have a form so people can submit information to us: Name, Title, Company, Phone Number, Email, Requested Information. There needs to be 2 buttons on each page in the same place that can be clicked to access the Contact Us Form. They will be called “Free Quote” and “Free Web Analysis”. I have the content.

    Please send me a PM with sample work, cost and approximate time to complete this. Will pay with PayPal only.
