There are several turnkey scripts that will let you do that. I would suggest finding a template site that offers an affiliate program that will give you money for all customers you send to their site and who buy a template. I would check hotscripts.com and other PHP script resources. You can always post in the offers forums (or PM me) for a developer who can do it for a charge.
