Buying I need a website made!

    I need a simple, nice looking, legitimate, website made.
    I need this site to have a banner at the top with the text "mspgenerator.com" somewhere in the banner.

    I need it to have a layout something similar to this:

    Once this person visit's the website they will hopefully click the "GENERATE". Once this button is clicked I need something to indicate that the generator is out of codes. Than something needs to pop up saying download this for more new codes (or something along those lines).

    Colors: Need to be related to xbox live COLORS

    Price: About $30 (pm me and we can work something out)
