Please browse the site and understand how vendors are being added and then upgraded to Premium Vendors. I need the database implemented. I do not have the database, you will need to provide it. Design: I obviously do not want the same exact copy, I would want a different look and feel, while keeping the functionality of it intact. You are to design, implement database, SEO the url's....turnkey. If americans bid on the project, I am willing to put down a deposit, sign a contract, whatever you may require. If non americans bid on this project, please know that I only pay when all work is completed 100%. You should havce the complete site on your server, for me to check.
