Okay I am looking for a designer for a subscription site I need created: www.myrecallalert.com The site will serve to alert subscribers to current and past product recalls. Basically what I want to do is for users to be able to log in to an account, where they can choose from a database of items I, or they can add to (if you can do GUI's to make that easy for me that is awesome too) that they use in their daily lives or would like to "watch". They can enter all their contact information, including email and phone numbers and I would like to set it up somehow with paypal for the subscription fees to be paid, one less headache on my end. What language would you need to use? When a product is placed on recall, the users who have said product on their "watch list" will receive an alert via email, sms text message or paper mail depending on their preferred mode of communication (so there needs to be ability to select etc..). This means that the site must have some sort of way to search for recalls that are posted (I want them to be posted asap after press release). How would that be achieved? I would like to handle the graphics as far as logos are concerned, buttons and menus are all you... basically I am looking for something that has the functionality which I can then add to later since I am trying to learn to create sites like these. I would like this one to serve as a learning experience for me so I can learn to make a site somewhat similar on my own.
