I need a website header. Are their free ones?

    I want to put a header on my website. Are their freeones I can generate online, or am I better off hiring someone to do it for me. My web skills are not that great.

    If anyone can do this for me, please pm me specifics.

    There are free generators... but they are NOT worth it. If you are looking to do something professional, then pay the $20 to get someone to do it.
