    Hi,

Please read the requirements carefully and submit a quote along with your previous work, with the total amount. Expect 20% more work than what is mentioned and send me a quote accordingly for the total work. I do not want your hourly charges or the number of hours it takes. I want the total project cost.

Include the url of this page as reference in the email to make it easy for both.

I am planning to have get a secure website done that can be easily editable by anyone with very less technical knowledge. You can use any CMS for that. I know a little HTML but never really worked on it.

The site is for doing tele-seminars, something similar to www.freeinfoseminars.com

I need a column that shows upcoming speakers, another column that shows previous speakers, that should link to their page. Dont want to waste space on the left and on the right and the top. I want the customer to get maximum info without scrolling down. So please keep the header small. Lets use the page to the Max.

Speaker for the current week will be on the home page and once the seminar is done I should be able to move him to a previous speakers list with a separate page and the home page should be replaced with the next speaker.

I need a opt-in form on the page. I'll provide the code for that form.

I need a calendar of events on the right column.

I should be able to provide RSS feeds and visitors should be able to subscribe to them.

I should be able to add the audio file for people to listen to the previous speakers. The audio controls should be same as you see on www.freeinfoseminars.com. Visitors should be able to download the audio file as an mp3.

Visitors should be able to listen to the audio only if they subscribe. So if they click listen or download audio button, they should be asked to sign up to be able to listen to it.

I should be able to name the pages the way I want them. I had a site done in joomla and it doesnt let me change the name of the page. It is bad for SEO.

I have a merchant account. I should be able to easily add a new product to the website from where people can add it to the shopping cart and purchase it.

I will buy idev affiliate (http://www.idevdirect.com/) software and I should be able to sign up affiliates to promote the seminars and I should be able to split the commissions with my affiliates. You can watch their demo on their site. It should be integrate with the site and the merchant account.

I have a "get response" auto responder account and once my affiliates send me any subscribers, I should be able to split the commissions with my affiliate for all the purchases that the subscriber makes for the next 1 year. I think idev software should take care of that. Please confirm how it works

The site should look fine in Explorer, Firefox and all popular browsers. It should also work on PC and Mac.

All the pages should have social networking buttons on them and I should be able to add them on the new pages that I create.

The color scheme should be similar to http://internetmarketingchamps.com/ with a little smaller header.

IMPORTANT: You need to give me a walk through on how I can edit the site myself and add new products to the site and working with the merchant account and shopping cart.

Please provide your phone number and the best time to reach you and your time zone.

    Thanks
    SA

Might be an idea to set a budget, and i think you would be better off using"Joomla" rather than wordpress for all the extra's you want included.

i dont want to go for joomla because it doesnt let me name the pages. It gives some random link name.
If you are interested, get back with a quote.

I'm a designer. Don't expect to get what you want for the price you are looking for. That's is a very expensive project. 9/10 people at Digital Point won't pay real prices or even half that for that matter.

You can't do that with Wordpress without hacking the shit out of it.. use Joomla and then use an SEO extension so you can rename each of the pages. Trust me, it will work much better.
