I got a lot of questions on how I want it to look. I have given the information on what it will be doing, so the looks of the site is not the most important, even though somewhat of course. The way it functions is what is most important. If you can do it let me know and about what you will charge. If I like your idea and we agree on a price to make it happen I will be more than happy to pay the cost. Must be right though. You are the designers not me.

In case you did not know that I have received a lot of PM's. I plan on making a decision by Saturday evening (EST) on whom I decide to use. Now all that you have PM'd me know what I am looking for. I am not a designer or not so much a web developer or interested in doing that. I have left all decisions to you on how the site should look etc... Anymore takers? Again, I am looking for someone that can build the site to work on any webhost, that is most important. You will be able to give it away when it is completed or sell it if you desire or give it away and sell options for it. I really don't care. I will pay for the design of it even and I am sure that there will be many variations of it when it is built to do what I want. The key is to be able to make it as small as possible, and easy enough that any novice can install it, and change the values in it. I will tell you in closing that this is kind of fun for me, because the ones that have not inquired about it, have no idea on what it is. And the ones that have know they are in the running to build it. Now all of you that sell SEO you may want to offer this to your clients when it is built. I am sure that it will be a very useful tool, that really has nothing to do with SEO but will increase hits to your clients websites. If you are a designer, programmer or coder, you may want to jump on this, because you will be able to do it also, and really do nothing accept bring in the profits from it, if you desire, and everyone wins and makes money from it, rather they know anything about the internet or have ever used a computer.
