I have a busy web studio and I need to outsource some of my work. I am looking for some specifics here. 1. Your design team must be amazing. Please send me a link to your portfolio. I like design to be modern and clean with attention to typography and small details. 2. Your programming team must be able to handle PHP and HTML and CSS. 3. Must have one person available for "emergency work" above and beyond the projects we are working on. 4. Must have knowledge of wordpress and specifically new school theme forest themes. This is 80% of all work. Hope your portfolio reflects this. 5. Must have knowledge of Magneto ecommerce. 6. Must accept paypal. I am looking for a budget conscious company and hourly rate will have role in my decision. I prefer to get hour estimates for projects and then pay hourly. I want a quick and efficient company and it must not rush through projects but also not drag projects on. A 20 hour project should take no more than 1 business week and more realistically 3 business days.
