Buying I need a web designer + coder to enhance a PSD template then code it

    I have a custom made PSD layout that needs some changes and general enhancements to make it of high quality, I need a designer to do this and also to do the coding, turn around must be quick,

    pm or post few examples of your work, price, and any questions, if the quality of this work was good, there will be more projects.
