i need a video and picture script for my restaurant please help

    ok i have a restaurant and i want a picture and video script for my customers.
    i want them to be able to register and upload their videos and pictures from my restaurant but i want to be able to approve them first.
    and i want the top 5 rated videos on the home page.

    if you guys know any script that will be able to do this please help me out.
