    We are getting members but the actual processes need to be simplified with coding -- the site is in php and MySQL and there are many ajax/js components added. The site has an API to handle certain widgets but I need a person to work with me on the development platform and make the system work nice and smoothly.

    I am willing to give a certain percentage for the creation of and ongoing maintenance for the project
