Unfortunately Ramjit is right, paypal will limit and close the account immediately after seeing the foreign registered ip address, if you get one verified from ur country then :), however paypal the reason paypal does not allow you to hav a foreign country paypal account is simply because the tax laws are different is different countries so its basically illegal. been there done dat :)

i am using my brother's Paypal from last 2 years,
and i didnt see any problem yet,
bytheway account is mine, mean i made it my self but login username is my brother's email address and it is attached to his bank account in UK.
may be there is no UK IP address recorded in my login history, thats why i am still safe.

Instead of trying to take on illegal route, you would do well to search for an alternative payment processor which supports your country and go about trying to build your business using the same.

Of course, it would be tough in the beginning, but then you would not have this sword hanging on your head...all the time!

I think its illegal to begin with. You can't buy someone's paypal account or lease it, as far as I understand

yes,The account will get limited once you login from another country,my account was banned by the reason, since the login IP will not match with the country. Paypal will limit or ban the account.

    I thought so too. :)

It would be best to check out other payment methods like Moneybookers or AlertPay instead of forcing yourself to have a Paypal account from a country that doesn't have it.

You can also try Xoom.com. It accepts payment via Paypal in your behalf.

It is very likely that paypal will limit or ban the account. They even don't allow one user to have a personal and a premier account in the mean time. If you use somebody else's account, making withdraws would be a problem also since paypal only allows money to be withdrawn to a bank account that has the same account name as the paypal account. I think Moneybookers is another option. It supports more countries and the withdraw fee is much lower compared to that of paypal.

i agree with all what u said but when it comes to some affiliate programs that pays only on paypal than i have no choice but to get a paypal account, about the Ip limit i think using a proxy of the country i used to register would be a good solution and about the bank account that should match with my paypal account, i don't aim to use a bank account but an exchanger to moneybooker, i really hope someone could still help

Try to take another option, look for other payment processor, Alertpay may be one for your consideration.
