I need a uk educational link builder

    Im looking for someone to build > PR3 links to a tuition site

    It already has several thousand inbound links, but now needs some higher PR links.

    - no forum links
    - (blog links only if active, and large)
    - no directory links
    - no article links

    I have made over 100 education related links for American sites. We can do the job, but PR3+ is problem. Let me know if you need below PR3 links.

    american sites are better than nothing. But I really need UK Educational sites, UK is really my only market Im targetting at the moment
