I need a normal TOS for a social networking site....i don't really know how to form one, so my question is
-Is there some kind of a TOS written available under CC license or something of that sort?
-Is it OK if i use the TOS of myspace and modify it according to my needs?

here is something one of my professors preached about... don't reinvent the wheel...in your case, goto facebook or myspace and copy their TOS and Disclaimers and modify them to suit your needs. It is perfectly legal too ;)

    Hey,

You can try 'hostlegal.com' out, they do have legal documents that you can buy and you can also buy unique legal documents!

Thats true. It is absolutely legal to take a existing Legal Statement from a well established website and modify it to suite your needs. No legal issues there..;)
