    Yes the site has Captchas.

    If there is something that anyone has that I could log in to that would change my IP that would work too.

    The thing is that I can vote myself but I really need something that will change my browser headers and my IP, and it needs to be a high anonymous Proxy or Private Proxy.

    I'm still looking. The more I look in to it, I need some sort of proxy rotators, because the site has captchas and I will be voting on my own.
