I need a toplist coded. I need it to work exactly like the one contained in phparcadescript that I can add to my existing database and therefore plug in to my existing project. Users interested in joining the toplist have to submit their site but I need to be able to go to a page that I can approve or disapprove them. I also need it to be free of copyright restrictions and and be able to do whatever I want with it. It would be nice if someone knew of a free script that I could use however I am willing to pay to have this done so if anyone is interested doing it, please pm me or post here with your price and a location of demo.
