I want a website created like http://www.zojirushicoffeemakerreview.com/

It must be on Wordpress and I want to install the theme on every single website of mine.

- you must tell me how i must change the colors in the future on this template
- you must tell me how i must change the pictures in the tempalte
- you must tell me how to edit the menu on the right side
- you must tell me where i must copy/paste the code of adsense in the template.

Bottom line, i want someone to create the whole template and tell me how i must change everything in the future when i use it on a different website.

First of all its not a wordpress theme, its a XHTML/CSS template,
but yes can be easily done on wordpress as well.
