Buying I need a template cloned

    I need a clone of the template at http://www.iconspedia.com/
    The clone should have the button rollover effects, the front page ajax loading tabs, and the nice forms.

    JUST THE TEMPLATE

    I want it to look 100% identical with looks size and colors. AFter that we can change the colors and icons.

    Please Note.If you can't do exact photocopy and the ajax tabs dont waste my time.
