i had a website but my hosting plan got finished and i didn't renew it im going to try again with a blog and try to learn how to get a lot of traffic on the blog before i start a website again my question is i need a script or plug in that my visitor can easily send my blog url to his contact list on his email any help ?

You can run wordpress on your local machine if you got it setup for running a webserver such as apache. Or else I would recommend you looking for a cheap hosting solution PM me for some ideas where to look if you dont got any hosting companies. Wordpress has some requirements
