    I want to know that is there any type of card which can be directly loaded from paypal, and can be used for withdrwal or online shopping.
    Well my account is a premier indian verified account.
    i mean like pioneer/debit card.
    Or how you withdraw your payment from paypal.I use my relatives paypal.

    u can use or ur bank account for withdrawl.....
    or u can use PP for online shopping in EBAY

    You can withdraw your paypal funds using bank withdrawal which takes 3-4 days max. Other way is you can use XOOM for your paypal funds withdrawal.

    There is a debit mastercard you can use directly from Paypal with your Paypal balance - It's not very know...but its very useful

    Paypal has direct bank withdrawal now. So, it's a lot better than Xoom now

    Debit Cards are not allowed as far as I know but you can withdraw funds directly to your bank and this will take somewhere 3-4days and make sure that the paypal account name and bank account name are same [ you are using your relative's account ]
