i have a "rapidshare like" website that usually have 300-500 uniq./day and i had like 20-25 clicks/day but i recently got warned by google because my download button was right next to the ads... was like this:

now i've changed the ads, and i hardly take 1 click/day... looks like this:

any suggestion what should i do, where should i put the ads?

Just further away from the download button. It is really easy for people to accidentally click the ads when they try and hit your download button. You should feel lucky though, usually Google just bans people.

You can try putting them right underneath "Download File From Our Server."

To be on the safe side, just space it further. The original one obviously looks too close while the second maybe on the borderline I guess.

Check to see what adbrite allows, maybe you can get closer with them?
    Good Luck

Try placing it below the "Download a file from our server"

    Dear Justkain,

Its better to move the button away , You are lucky that Google warned you, he might have banned you, like Google is banning the accounts of many even without giving the warning.

Its better to follow their rules and save your account

    Best of Luck.

    regards

They way you have them now doesn't seem confusing at all. Before you had the download button squished between the ads, I could see how people would mistakenly click on those ads instead of download.

Picture 3 is much better, because google is very strict with their rules and you are lucky that you are just warned.

But I see the Ads displayed are not relevant to your website. The Ads should be about storage or file or server and not about the Hedge Funds! You must optimize your website so the people who are genuinely interested in some related stuff, might click on your Ads without any foul play from your side.
