I need a kind of classifieds website with a little twist to it... people will be able to submit jobs (contracts)... and job contractors will be able to signup and select their domain of interest. so let's say I signup as a job contractor and I say my specialty is ASP coding... I will get an email everytime a new ASP job is submitted by someone. And when I login to my account, I can only see the ASP related jobs, nothing else. will I need custom programming for this or is there a CMS or Script around that can handle this?
