I need a solution , a shopping script that has the option for the customers to select different type of filters. For example I intend to sell electronics, the customer will browse the notebooks category and then select some filters like screen size, weight, type of processors and the shop will display exactly what he is searching for. For the moment I am using Virtuemart with Joomla and I don't know how to do this. I have searched the OScommerce forums and didn't find the info so perhaps there is another script that can help me with this
I don't know of any already created scripts for shopping since I've never had any use for them but it would probably be easy for someone to implement some sort of filters for you (provided all the things you want to filter are already columns in your SQL table.. if you're even using SQL to store all your products). You might have to pay, though.
