I need A software which I Can fix Excel formatting One time For my reports

    I have 200 reports per week , but all reports in formatting , so they takes the time to set formatting. Same format for all reports , i want to know or make a as software which i upload 200 reports and and set formatting in software , when i download my reports get all proper formatting that i set in software.. may be it excel based ..Help please

    You need a php script that
    1) read your excel files and store in data into DB
    2) after that create your suitable excel file format from stored DB data
