I need a small vps with Mysql4/PHP4

    I need a small vps or a shared host but it needs to have PHP4/MYSQL4 because my script can only run under those requirements.

    Space and bandwidth i have no requirement

    Also i require Cpanel and needs to be managed!

    i would be willing to put php4 and mysql4 for you as it wouldn't be a problem since i manage the server and it comes with management service plus offer live support via instant messenger, ticket support and email as well. just need your budget if possible.

    With a VPS, I'm pretty sure that you get to chose what MySQL version and PHP version you want to use; correct me if I'm wrong.

    These guys are top notch and are running Parallel's Power Panel - Which is better because of the HyperVM exploit.
