I need a small Image Gallery Script

I hope that you can help me. I need a small Image Gallery Script, I have tried many scripts and and they just don't work.

What I want is a simple script, with: head,
-on the left top the albums added today, under this all the album names splinted -on the top right side today's old updated gallery's, under this will continue all the gallery names.

On the main page betwen the the two columns are the latest album thumbnails.

When a image is open the page contains the image and previous and next buttons and other script that I can insert at the bottom of the page.

In the admin section I want to ad an image from other url a thumbnail is generated in the gallery but the image is on another site, and to upload.

I am not looking only for a image gallery, I am looking for any type of script dose allow to create a thumbnail from a image from another site.
