I've been screwed over by my first programmer already and I'm getting pretty fed up with the one I'm working with now. Now that they've been chosen they're forcing me to pay through xoom (which I've never heard of before) and telling me they won't upload the most important parts until they receive payment! On top of that, my site looks terrible. I'm thinking about getting rid of this programmer soon, so I'm looking for A REALLY GOOD REPLACEMENT! If this is you, please let me know. In addition to the details I stated I needed in my GAF project, I would also like a redesign of the site, because I need it to be attractive, which I don't feel it is right now. My budget is $200. Hi Priyakochin Have you ever done a file hosting site before? Do you have a portfolio or testimonials/references, a programmer page at elance or something? Also, are you 100% sure you agree with all my terms and can meet all the requirements? How long would you take? Thanks Jess
