    I need a php-nuke site created. identicle in functionality to www.ffoc.co.uk can some one help where would i start or is theer anyone who would do it for a fee?

    I know someone who has been asked to make some websites using phpnuke and he has skills with HTML/CSS and could figure out basic php/cgi stuff, does anyone know where he could learn how to use phpnuke properly?
