Buying I need a site redesign using css and a more modern design

    Hey guys I am trying to get a more modern look for one of my sites "AcrylicNail dot net" as you can see the site currently has a very old design, it uses tables and no css.

    I am looking to get a more modern design, better menus and navigation, more graphics and better fonts and css.

    The job is just for 1 page, it needs to be coded. I do not use any cms or databases.

    I want to keep the same structure but with a better design, the header, top navigation, left area, center of the content, right area and the footer.

    Please post how much something like this would cost me and how long it would take, remember that I do not want to use a cms or database.
