i need a site moved

i need a site moved from one server to another.

if you have not done this before please do not consider this.
the site has a lot of files and i want it put back in one piece working.

i need the site to be online all the time between changing servers.

please either post here or pm me with a price for the job, also confirm that you have moved a site before.
