    I need a website built over the next few days.
    I need a template to be more specific, I can code it myself.

    I want something simple but professional.
    And something that can be easily coded, no fancy graphics or anything (and generic web hosting templates are a no-no).

    I will provide more details to whoever I choose, but I'm sure any half decent web designer would be up to the task and could probably make what I want in less than 30 minutes.

    I could do it myself but I am as un-creative as they come with this type of thing.

    So name your price here.
    Im not looking to spend alot so the lowest price will probably get the job :)
