Buying i NEED A SITE CREATED!!!

ok i am looking to get a site made.. something that has to deal similar to myspace and facebook.. a social site..

i want people to be able to register accounts, comment on profiles, etc.. upload photos, create groups, edit profiles..

sort of like a myspace clone.. but not EXACT you know..

i want the layout to be two certain colors.. and i have a domain and my own hosting..

i need this as CHEAP AS POSSIBLE.. under $100..

i heard you can get scripts and install them?..

please let me know if you can do this job..

So do you want a Cloned script or use some other Licensed script for this?
Also a site like this will need a server who allow changes to the PHP.ini file.. bigger uploads, e.x.
Do you want lets say a clone script installed with a Template/theme you find yourself, and redesign parts of it like the Logo/buttons?
Time frame? Payment method?

yes, $100 bucks is not much at all for such project, even using nulled script.
