I need a site built including hosting

    I need a site built with a CPanel admin, hosting, I need the site to allow me to use a text editor,

    header looking something like http://www.godinezlaw(dot)com
    the pictures will be changed

    I want the tabs on the left side with a design like: http://www.forestlegal(dot)com/

    can someone give me reasonable pricing, but I will need a little support upfront.
