I need a simple logo, will give you ad space on my forum.

Id like someone to make a logo for my new forum launched this week.
In exchange for doing that, I will give you one space of a banner add (200x100) on the bottom of every page of my site for one month.
Here's what Im looking for in the logo:
Has to match colors (orange, light blue, and grey or white)
Has to have large font reading "Community of Help"
Also needs slogan in smaller font "Information for Motivation"
Could have a tree included in it somehow (to signify growth and development)

Sorry I shouldve mentioned that earlier. Size needs to be (about):
150x100 pixels.
Also, the background needs to be this color.
