I need a simple logo and banner

I need a simple logo and banner.

I am looking for a banner 468x60 and a logo that can be no bigger than 40 pixels high.

The banner will be for someone to find out how much their lawsuit is worth. It will be linked to a form.

The Logo should be the Domain Name.

The logo and the domains should fit the site's design and colors...

Let me know if you are interested. I need them quickly. If you look at the current logos will understand why! They are the wrong size and well...just plain ugly....
