I Need a Simple JavaScript Banner

    I'm need a banner with scrolling images:

    - The banner must be created with javascript
    - It's size is 770px wide, 100px high
    - The banner must select all images contained in a specific folder.
    - The images will scroll infinitely in a 'left to right' direction.
    - The whole banner will work as a hyperlink.

    My budget for this project is $10 or less.

    JavaScript Banner only $10 or less !! I think through this budget u will not get the professional work.
