    I am planning to launch a shopping portal.

    Can anyone tell me free script available for the shopping portal that I can install using the Fantistico from Control Panel?

    You can install joomla cms from fantastico and then install virtuemart shopping cart extension for joomla, you can find it here http://virtuemart.net/.
    Works great with paypal, but there are of course a lot of other payment options.

    OpenCart is very solid, lightweight, flexible and fast. I don't see it listed at Fantastico, but it is easy to install.
