I need a service/help from someone!

    I am registered today at 110mb.com but I need someone to buy me some extra features and upgrade which cost 27$....I have my own paypal but it has been limited because of me being in Albania...

    I am asking someone to buy these upgrades for me and then I will give him my paypal account which already has 33$ and then he can remove limitation..

    Please help me if you can..

    get a hosting from a member in DP you can get good hosting for $27 and they accept whatever your paypal is as long as you pay them

    How do you think someone is going to get the limitation removed.

    May I know what paypal is asking for the limitation to be removed?
