I Need A 'Send Quick Error Report'-Button On My Custom 404 Page

    I want to add a 'Send Quick Error Report'-button to my custom 404 error page.
    When the button is clicked, both the referring URL and the missing URL should be sent to my mailbox.

    Can someone help me out with this? :confused:
