Ok so i already have the html pages and whatnot and i was wondering if their was a script which would let me update the announcement page and links page using a admin panel, or cms. Its very simple and i just want it to be able to post text on the announcement page and post the title and link on the links page.
you may want to try cushycms. they have a free edition and it may be what your looking for. Watch the video they have and it can give you a better idea.
thanks i looked, but will i need to link back to them? plus i am looking for something that could be used on the same website, like www.mywebsite.com/admin if mywebsite.com had all the content
