i need a script or cms for streaming movie site

hi i hope i can get help and suggestion to build kind of website that i can put in easy way streaming video from video sites like Megavideo ....and users also can videos like admin ...

something that look like this website : www.streamiz.com is in French but this is only to have and idea about what i want.. thank you for your help

 

I dont know about Streaming from another site but a great Video Script which came from all the Youtube clones is PHPMotion.
