i need a script for people to leave anonymous comments

    Well you could use a simple PHP forum that doesn't require users to register, and it doesn't even use MySQL.

    Can have this done. I would actually recommend it running on a database of some sort compared to sessions or a cache. Much more secure and efficient.
    I can have this done in a max of 2 days for a very affordable cost.
