i need a sales page for my new ebook the page should have one place where they get a free report and they put in their email and their information is saved to a list and i also need to link it to click bank secondly i will need to offer a discount when they attempt to close the window I need audio but i knwo i can put that on with a widget i also need an affiliate page where i can list keyword in a list scroll down box put the banners and all the other things that a sales page usually has i am having everything designed so i just need someone ot put it together an example of an affiliate page is http://www.beatreflux.com/affiliates.html i need quotes i think i gave enough info
