I need a RSS feed integrated

    Hello,
    As the title suggests I need a RSS feed integrated into my site.
    I need to have the site check the feed to see if anything new has been added to it. If something has been added, I need it to add it to the database in a specific way.
    I don't have a lot of funds for this, so please be reasonable with your prices.
